Shift Supervisor

What You’ll Do
We are searching for a friendly and professional fast-food Shift Supervisor to join our restaurant staff. As a Shift Supervisor, you will manage shifts and manage the front and back end of the house.
In this position, providing outstanding management skills will be your main objective. Additional responsibilities include: food prepping knowledge, willingness to help in kitchen and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible, respectful, mature and have excellent communication and people skills.
Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
Manage employee shifts.
- Delegating tasks to restaurant staff and supervising their performance.
- Maintaining a fully stocked inventory and ordering food supplies, as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers as they deliver food product orders
- Know our food menu.
- Accept cash and return the correct change.
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
- Process card payments.
- Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
- Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Help kitchen staff when needed.
- Report maintenance and training needs
Shift Supervisor Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a restaurant
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations.
- A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team management abilities.
- Shift supervisors starting $19/hour + tips.

Your Responsibilities
Passionate about mobile software
enginrering and program management.
You have at least 4 years of
experience working as a Software Engineer.
Ability to work on multiple,
simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity.
Experience with user-centred design
methodologies and integrating research in to agile workflows.
Experience in planning and
conducting a range of research methods including contextual enquiry, depth nterviews, diary studies, remote usability testing, creating/facilitating workshops, and others as required.

Our Perfect Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in Program Management
on technical cross-functional projects.
Experience with one of the following:
mobile application software development, mobile release management, mobile operating systems and app ecosystems, and/or software hardware integration (SDK/frameworks, embedded software layers, or devices).
Technical experience within the
mobile technology stack.
Experience developing features from
conception to launch, managing execution and delivering high quality products. quality products.
Ability to exercise technical judgment
in solving software engineering challenges.
Ability to be an influential member of
a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
